Intro

Superman challenges The Flash to a race

"You will never beat me" said the flash, "but I guess I can let you try" they agree to run from the east coast of the U.S to the west. The race begins and Superman runs as fast as he can, he puts absolutely everything he's got into it but when he gets to the west coast he see's the flash sitting there sunbathing. Superman is very angry and he demands a rematch. So they go back to the east coast and start the race again. Superman gives even more this time, pushing himself to the absolute limit and yet when he arrives at the west coast the flash is there eating an ice cream. Superman is sick of losing and his ego is hurt so he decides to cheat. He agrees to race again the next day and puts a stone in the Flash's shoe when he isn't looking so he will be uncomfortable and hopefully lose the race. So the race begins again and Superman runs faster than he has ever run before but when he gets to the west coast he sees the flash just barely arrive before he does but he is panting and sweating. Superman is angry he lost again but takes a bit of satisfaction knowing a stone in The Flash's shoe is almost enough for him to beat him. Superman says "hah, looks like I almost got you this time!" The Flash said "Yeah almost! I had a stone in my shoe and it ripped a hole in them so I had to go buy some new ones on the way"
The unsaved person is controlled by the past, but the Christian running the race looks toward the future.
