B. If We Confess Our Sins, Jesus is Faithful to Forgive Our Sins and Cleanse Us from All Unrighteousness, Deliver Us from Sins

I Jo 1:9 “9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

C. God Promise Through the Psalmist David That He Would Redeem Israel from Iniquities: Perversity that is evil, Sins

Ps 130:8 “8 And he shall redeem Israel From all his iniquities.”

D. We Can Claim Remediation Also

E. Jesus Gave Himself to Deliver Us from This Present World, Sins, Because It is the Will of God Our Father

Ga 1:4 “4 Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:”

F. God Want to Keep Us from Presumptuous: Arrogan, Proud, and Insolent: Lack of respect for God’s Commandments by Continuing to Sins

Ps 19:13 “13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me: Then shall I be upright, And I shall be innocent from the great transgression.”

G. Jesus Gave Himself to Redeem Us All Iniquities, Sins, and Purify Unto to Himself a Peculiar ,People, Zealous of Good Works

Tt 2:14 “14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.”

II. We Have to Strife to Resist Sins

A. We have to Resist the Sins that the Devil Tempts Us to Do

James 4:7 “7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

B. We Have to Renew Our Minds, Not Think on Sinning

Ro 12:2 “2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

C. We Are to Become a New Creature by by Putting Off the Old Things, Sins

2 Co 5:17 “17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;”
