We are so glad to serve a God whose hand is on the wheel of history and whose eye is on the sparrow. In today's passage, God not only was moving His plan forward to increase the nation of Israel, but He also tenderly reunited Joseph with his father, and dried their tears. The Lord Jesus commanded His disciples not only to love one another, but to teach the nations the Gospel. A church without its mission is a club, but without love for one another is a chore.
