There are times when all of us feel as if we have lost our momentum, our direction, our strength. Those times when we feel lost and overwhelmed by things in our lives that leave us needing to experience and face our own weaknesses. It is during those times that we need to turn to Jesus as he is our strength. He will rejuvenate and reinvigorate us, renewing us in body, mind and spirit so we can face life on its terms again.

For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
The Bible teaches us that God desires to strengthen us, that He has promised to do so, all we need to do is trust in Him at all times and not turn away from Him. But there are things that keep us from seeing this because? you fill in the blank.
why is it that some Christian find living by faith a powerful positive experience and some do not? The Bible constantly talks about the joy of salvation, yet so many Christians walk around seemingly without this! Too many Christians live weak struggling lives that are full of sorrow rather than joy…. Why?
God has promised to strengthen us, we do not have to live lives defeated and depressed! The difference between the victorious saint and the defeat Ed one is usually an issue of what we are holding onto. If we are trying to hold onto this world and God for our strength we will find ourselves in a weakened position, but for those who rely on God alone for their strength they will not fall.
O Jacob, how can you say the Lord does not see your troubles?
O Israel, how can you say God ignores your rights?
Have you never heard?
Have you never understood?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of all the earth.
He never grows weak or weary.
No one can measure the depths of his understanding.
He gives power to the weak
and strength to the powerless.
Even youths will become weak and tired,
and young men will fall in exhaustion.
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not faint.
The Bible teaches us that God desires to strengthen us, that he has promise to do so, and all we need to do is trust in him at all times and not turn away from him.
