Prophecy about Jesus

1. Hosea 11:1 (NIV84) 11 “When Israel was a child, I loved him,

4 This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet [Zecharia 9:9]:

5 “Say to the Daughter of Zion, ‘See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.’ ”

Isaiah 53:12 (NIV84) 12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors.
