This life is messy, difficult, and full of trouble. Yet, those of us who are In-Christ have been promised something extraordinary. God, the creator of the universe has looked upon his creation and found those who are seeking after him. Those who are seeking after God, who are found In-Christ have nothing to fear, nothing to dread, for they are safe. So, we are safe when we are found in Christ, more than that, there is no outside force that can separate us from God.
