Proverbs 6:27-28: “Reap/Sow”
Decisions/Consequences
We often try to live as if our decisions did not have consequences.
Turning away from God will produce foolishness and death.
Turning to God in humility will bring wisdom and life.
Lack of Fear
The fool lives life God isn't there and will learn otherwise.
The fool acts as if God doesn't know what's going on.
The fools acts as if God doesn't care.
Sowing Fear
We must sow realizing God is there, knows, and cares.
Only here can we expect to find wisdom and true life (22:4).
This should drive us to dive in farther into knowing God and His ways.
