35 Then it happened, as He was coming near Jericho, that a certain blind man sat by the road begging.
36 And hearing a multitude passing by, he asked what it meant.
37 So they told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by.
38 And he cried out, saying, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”
39 Then those who went before warned him that he should be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
40 So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be brought to Him. And when he had come near, He asked him,
41 saying, “What do you want Me to do for you?” He said, “Lord, that I may receive my sight.”
42 Then Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has made you well.”
43 And immediately he received his sight, and followed Him, glorifying God. And all the people, when they saw it, gave praise to God.
3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.
7 Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
A mind STAYED on Him will be in a continual state of PERFECT peace.
This means, your mind can’t veer from Him even once. Not even once.
We have DRASTICALLY underestimated the problem. We have DRASTICALLY, DRASTICALLY understated the incredible danger and transformation we go through if we let our mind dwell on ANYTHING ELSE!
If your mind veers even ONCE from God, you have left His presence.
Our job is to SET OUR MINDS! But there’s only one thing of the Spirit. It’s God and all the amazing things about Him.
Our Spiritual Walk is MOSTLY just not looking at the things around us. Keeping our mind STAYED on Him. STAYED on Him! STAYED on Him!
Anything that causes panic, your mind has been set off of Him.
Anything that excites lust, stirs up anger, makes you want to prove YOURSELF, your mind has been set OFF of Him.

24 But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary.
25 Now in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea.
26 And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out for fear.
27 But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.”
28 And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.”
29 So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.
30 But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”
31 And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”
32 And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased.
33 Then those who were in the boat came and worshiped Him, saying, “Truly You are the Son of God.”
