PARENTS_ Please respond by saying I do.
Do you today recognize these children as gifts of God and give heartfelt thanks for God’s Blessing __
Do you then dedicate your child to the Lord, who Gave you your child.____
Do you pledge, as Christian parents, that you will bring your child up in a Christian home covenanting together with God’s help to live your lives in a way that points them to Jesus Christ, seeking to see them trust Him as their Lord and Savior? ___
CHURCH_-You have witnessed their desire to present these children before the Lord.
As a church family, it is our duty to come alongside these families; praying, loving, teaching, and being a part of the commitment made today. We must be a visible display of what it looks like to follow Christ for them to see.
RESPOND BY SAYING WE DO:
Do you commit with God's help to being that example, to pray often, and to put the Love of Christ in action for them to see?
WE DO
Introduce Prayer of Dedication. Invite church to come up and prayer too.
