Just as God led the Israelites out of Egypt into the wilderness and then into the Promised Land, God also leads us out of bondage and trials. Will we foget God after being freed as the Israelites did? Will we go back to our sinful desires and ways of thinking? Or will we stay faithful to God and His ways even when the culture around us forsakes God? If we find ourselves in a culture that completely denies the One True God, what are we to do? As we look into the lives of those who were taken into Babylon, we can find encouragement and peace that God is still with us.
