Sermon Tone Analysis

We praise you for this morning.

This is the day which you have made, let us rejoice and be glad or two every day has been made by you.

And yet, it is easy for us to pick and choose the days in which we will rejoice and be glad.

But it is a matter of our will not because the coffee, tasted good and the sun Shone through the window, and a beautiful way, but because you are good every day, therefore, we Rejoice at your faithfulness to us.

We pray that you do before us this morning as though we spend our time and study of your word and then looking at matters that are important.

And we do ask that you would grace us with the divine revelation that we might understand, but we might have the ability to Think Through biblical truth, will you guide us and lead us as we confess?

Send that we might be in Fellowship Lord being led and guided by you.

So it will this time is yours and we look forward to everything that you do.

As we study your word and all the things we pray in Christ Jesus name, amen.

Today.

We will talk of Revival.

We are doing a review through.

Hey categorical, topic of the Shekinah, Glory of God.

And there is just so much.

I anticipate just FYI, I to Peter this off in the next week or two to get back to our normal teaching schedule going through the Book of James.

But I probably going to pull up a Shekinah Glory lesson for Sunday mornings, maybe once a month.

So maybe on the first Sunday of the month or something like that, when we have a communion as well, I anticipate keeping on going with the kind of gory study.

I don't want to get us back into James our Mainstay, which has been the source of all the teaching.

Since John first asked me to step up and tell me. 10 years ago, 12 years ago, some time back.

so few things have changed since then, but speaking of Revival,

I want to start with the words of 2nd, Peter 1st, give me a Peter in his Second Epistle.

Chapter 1 verses 2 and 3. Peter Road Grace and peace, be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and Jesus.

Our lord.

That word knowledge is Epi gnosis to those of you who has studied for sometime, you know, that means a deeper knowledge.

That means a mature knowledge that comes from scripture in from your soul.

Having been in scripture rated, I may have just made up that word, but that means the God has been writing with his pain in his ink upon your soul, the very things of scripture itself.

So Grace and peace.

Be multiplied to you.

Remember this one in verse 3, on the slides.

Well, anyways, verse 2.

There we go, Grace and peace, be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God, so that mature awakened taught knowledge of God.

And of Jesus, our lord, verse 3 as his divine power.

Has given to us all things that pertain to life.

I'm God, we miss through the knowledge of him who called us.

By glory and virtue the very integrity and nature of God, himself reaches out to us with this message.

And he has something extraordinary here to say.

His divine power has been.

Shut up somewhere.

So the we should seek after it.

It has been placed.

Out of our reach.

But if we tarry, if we cry out to him, if we pray, he might drop it on us.

Maybe.

Wait.

It says, it has been given to us.

I'm all things, not some things, not even many things that pertain to life and godliness, but everything that pertains to life and godliness end of story everything.

Pertaining to buy, what is the Spiritual Living of the believer?

The supernatural life that you live.

Once you have been born again and God.

Will you miss my least favorite translation in the New Testament because godliness evokes that Pentecostal Holiness idea, even mad Southern Baptist.

Sometimes a sense of humor just be holy brother, be wholly in your living, be wholly in your thinking, everything about you must be holy.

Holy, holy, you must be like God Godly Miss.

Be an imitation of God.

Let people see God in you.

Well I get that though.

I think the water that's taken the wrong way, it has to do with the believer.

It's the actual Act of living the spiritual life.

It goes hand-in-hand with the proceeding, word life and the ability to live that lie.

It is God's Supernatural, equipping to the believer to do and live and even yes, experience the Christian Life and how does that happen?

Through the knowledge of him.

Through the knowledge of him.

He called us by glory and virtue.

So this knowledge of him comes Hell by sitting and meditating.

By going out and will when I was a kid would go out into the orchard.

I'd escaped out in the middle of the Orchards and just sit there and look at the orchard pear blossoms, run around trying to find the

Asparagus.

It was growing pick a little bit of spirits and bring it home, you know.

Cuz for some reason I don't know why there is asparagus, it always drove around the trunks of the of the territories and so you can walk out in the bankrupt and nothing you walk home with a bushel of asparagus but kind of nice.

But now, it actually comes through an investigation, a study, and being instructed in the things of God, the things of God's work is part of the equipping.

Paul tells us about in Ephesians, for the equipping of the Saints, which happens through the ministry of the pastor teacher the role of teaching is attached to the existence of God's word.

So it's God, doesn't want there to be Pastor teachers, then he wouldn't have a word for them to teach.

The two are side by side since the word of God exists.

It means there is a need for pastor teachers as well.

You see, the pastor teachers all the one to take before I can seep through the Green Pastures, from place to place, where the grass is growing, that they might eat that they might benefit, and he knows the pretty house with them.

Some our agent, some are brand new, just burst and don't know what to do, some skip-a-long gleefully, others are like happy when we get to the next pasture walking along through the trails from place to play Summer, jumping the fence or jumping into the Briar Patch or getting into places, they shouldn't be and others are just content to just stay right there. 4 ft away from Pastor speed, where the teaching is happening, much like your lap dogs, you know, in your lap or at your feet.

They want to be right next to you sometimes your cats to do, my cat will come up to the amazingly.

He knows when I'm having issues when I'm having heart problems or something like that, and he will come up, jump on me and start.

Did you know that the power of a cat is actually healing to the body?

Do they make much like a sound that a baby makes is actually healing to the body, people, restore and heal it amazing.

So, I didn't even like cats or want anything to do with him.

And God, now has given me two cats that are, you know, they can't meet.

They are a joy.

Everything has been provided as a Christian and as we grow, we're going to grow in the source of the word of God, everything that we need to live.

The spiritual life has been given to us now, we might categorize it summer, more prone to categorizing the other than others.
