The Best Gift Ever Received.

The best gift ever received is the gift of salvation given to us by Jesus Christ.

When Jesus Christ came into the world, it was a gift from God to us. We didn’t deserve the gift, we weren’t worthy of the gift, and when you receive a gift you don’t work for it. It is given freely.

When you receive salvation through Jesus Christ it is the greatest gift you’ll ever receive in your life.

Some of the best gifts are gifts that are practical. They are gifts that you can use and never have to worry about putting it on the shelf. The worst gifts are those that you can’t use. Clothes that are not your style, clothes that don’t fit you, electronics that you don’t know how to use. Those gifts might excite you for a moment but then after awhile, you put them on the shelf and they collect dust.

But this gift, never gets old, when I think about the gift the LORD gave me, and brings Joy to my soul over and over again. It’s like taking your favorite present, wrapping it up again, and opening it up all over again.

When I think about what Jesus did for me, when I realize that I wasn’t worthy, when I realize how dirty I was, when I realize that I was on my way to hell,
