God’s sovereign plans do not always at first appear perfect or seem ideal. That was certainly the case at first for Joseph, and it may be the same for your circumstances this Christmas. But our God doesn’t command us to understand His ways; he simply calls us to trust Him. As we celebrate the birth of our Savior, might we glory in and marvel at the omniscient plans of our all wise God—two thousand years ago and also today.
