Joy to the World Theme: Christmas Eve 2022

Joy Wins Luke 2:10- 14

King James Version (Chapter 2)

10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

THIS IS THE ANTICIPATION OF SALVATION

11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

THIS IS THE MESSIAH LAYING HERE BEFORE YOU IN BETHLEHEM, THE CITY OF DAVID

13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest,And on earth peace,Good will toward men.

THE GOOD WILL IS THE WORD FOR”LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT”. THIS IS A CLEAR SHOT ACROSS THE BOW THAT IT REALLY DOES NOT COME INTO EFFECT UNTIL THIS BABY DIES. I AM REFERRING TO THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT NOT TAKING EFFECT UNTIL THE TESTATOR DIES. WHICH DID HAPPEN.

11  Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad;Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof.12  Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein:Then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice 13 before the LORD: for he cometh,For he cometh to judge the earth:He shall judge the world with righteousness,And the people with his truth

They may have been thinking , this is the hill where we die. God has come to rule and reign. For he comes to judge the earth with truth and righteousness. Who can stand in the day of the Lord?

The message of joy was not delivered in the city by angels, that job was given to the shepherds who took care of the flocks and the lambs going to the temple for sacrifice. If anybody could spot the perfect lamb, it would be them. They would truly be going for with joy telling everyone about the Christ(Messiah) child.
