Jesus birth was no coincidence

the picture Matthew paints in his gospel is of Jesus and how he fulfills all that was leading up to him

not only does his birth fulfill the scriptures and the prophecies but his death burial and resurrection that we are about to take the emblems of were foretold and fulfilled as well

both are amazing and worth remembering and being joyful about

this was God’s purpose from the beginning, from Jesus beginning as well

that even though we despised him and rejected him, he died for us and all of that is worth remembering
