I Chronicles 15:1-29, The Ark Brought to Jerusalem
Jesus will never leave us.
[Matthew 28:20: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.

David paid the price for obedience.
The Lord had spoken clearly about what He wanted done.
[Hebrews 9:4: Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant].
We have God’s Word.
Do it God’s way.
God has a way of doing things.
God prepared a place for the ark of God--a tent--in the city of David.
[I Chronicles 15:1: And David made him houses in the city of David [Jerusalem], and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.
Exodus 25:14: And thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them].
The ark of the Covenant represented God’s presence.
