Vision/Revelation for 2025- God wants to reveal His plan for you and the church for 2023

God has been speaking about souls & Disciples to me- Taking church/Jesus to people outside Sunday Church.

Changes- If nothing changes then nothing changes- -

Jesus Went to Where The people Were- We have to go

Jesus Calls The Team- Matthew 4:18–22 (NKJV) 18 And Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. 19 Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” 20 They immediately left their nets and followed Him.

21 Going on from there, He saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets. He called them, 22 and immediately they left the boat and their father, and followed Him.

Not Random But Chosen— He Chose Them- John 15:16 (NIV)16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

He Chose Them Chose To Follow

Chosen And Prepared Product- The moment they dropped their nets they began to be prepared for their true purpose- They thought they knew but the truth was they had no idea the things God had prepared.

1Cor.2:9 -10 But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 10.But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 

They Watched What Jesus Did- What He Said-Jesus Ministry Had Been Powerful-Successful- Intense

Matthew 9:35–10:1 (NIV) 35 Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.

The Moment- 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Their Time To Do

10:1 Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.

What Did the Disciples See / Hear That Made Them change From A Watcher To A Doer??

1.They Had Been Closer To Jesus Than All The Crowds- they had spent a lot of time with Jesus- they had chosen to spend their time with Him- The crowd watched from a distance and went home. They stayed with Him when everybody went home

Are You Part of The Crowd or a Worker in the harvest?????

2. The Work of The Holy Spirit- He was on them but would be in them

The power was turned up when The Holy Spirit was in them

3.They Saw What Jesus Saw-

What Did Jesus See When He Saw The Crowds? Their mistakes, sins, failures, faults?

Mt.9:36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

He Saw Their Pain-

Harassed- By life and living- very discouraged and extreemly weary , lost hope, wanting to give up

Helpless- people being put down & dejected, Lost.

What Do You See When You See The Crowds? The Sin. The faults, failures, mistakes,

4. They Knew What Jesus Had Done For Them.

He had forgiven, healed, lifted from them them their pain and brokeness
