1 Then the Lord said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation. 2 Take with you seven pairs of all clean animals, the male and his mate, and a pair of the animals that are not clean, the male and his mate, 3 and seven pairs of the birds of the heavens also, male and female, to keep their offspring alive on the face of all the earth. 4 For in seven days I will send rain on the earth forty days and forty nights, and every living thing that I have made I will blot out from the face of the ground.” 5 And Noah did all that the Lord had commanded him. 6 Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters came upon the earth. 7 And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons’ wives with him went into the ark to escape the waters of the flood. 8 Of clean animals, and of animals that are not clean, and of birds, and of everything that creeps on the ground, 9 two and two, male and female, went into the ark with Noah, as God had commanded Noah. 10 And after seven days the waters of the flood came upon the earth. 11 In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep burst forth, and the windows of the heavens were opened. 12 And rain fell upon the earth forty days and forty nights. 13 On the very same day Noah and his sons, Shem and Ham and Japheth, and Noah’s wife and the three wives of his sons with them entered the ark, 14 they and every beast, according to its kind, and all the livestock according to their kinds, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, according to its kind, and every bird, according to its kind, every winged creature. 15 They went into the ark with Noah, two and two of all flesh in which there was the breath of life. 16 And those that entered, male and female of all flesh, went in as God had commanded him. And the Lord shut him in. 17 The flood continued forty days on the earth. The waters increased and bore up the ark, and it rose high above the earth. 18 The waters prevailed and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the face of the waters. 19 And the waters prevailed so mightily on the earth that all the high mountains under the whole heaven were covered. 20 The waters prevailed above the mountains, covering them fifteen cubits deep. 21 And all flesh died that moved on the earth, birds, livestock, beasts, all swarming creatures that swarm on the earth, and all mankind. 22 Everything on the dry land in whose nostrils was the breath of life died. 23 He blotted out every living thing that was on the face of the ground, man and animals and creeping things and birds of the heavens. They were blotted out from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those who were with him in the ark. 24 And the waters prevailed on the earth 150 days.

How Long Did It Take Noah to Build the Ark? How Long Was Noah on the Ark?
How long did it take Noah to build the ark? The Bible does not specifically say how long it took Noah to build the ark. When Noah is first mentioned in Genesis 5:32, he is 500 years old. When Noah enters the ark, he is 600 years old. The time it took to build the ark would depend on how much time had passed between Genesis 5:32 and the time that God commanded Noah to build the ark (Genesis 6:14–21). At the absolute most, it took 100 years.
How long was Noah on the ark? Noah entered the ark in the 600th year of his life, on the 17th day of the 2nd month (Genesis 7:11–13). Noah left the ark on the 27th day of the 2nd month of the following year (Genesis 8:14–15). Therefore, assuming a lunar calendar of 360 days, Noah was on the ark for approximately 370 days.
How many of each type of animal did Noah take on the ark? Seven pairs of each kind of clean animal and two pairs of each kind of other animals were taken on the ark (Genesis 6:19–20; 7:2–3). By “clean” the Bible means animals that were “acceptable for sacrifice.” That is why seven pairs of the clean animals were taken—so some of them could be sacrificed after the Flood was over without endangering the species.
How many people were on Noah’s ark? According to Genesis chapters 6–8, Noah, his wife, Noah’s three sons (Shem, Ham, and Japheth), and their wives were on the ark. Therefore, there were eight people on the ark.
Who was Noah’s wife? The Bible nowhere specifically gives us the name or identity of Noah’s wife. There is a tradition that she was Naamah (Genesis 4:22). While possible, this is not explicitly taught in the Bible.
But I think her name was Joan. Joan of Arc
Noah’s Ark was a third of the size of the Titanic.
The Ark's dimensions, laid out by God in Genesis 6:15, translate to a volume of around 400,000 cubic metres - equivalent to around 570 modern railway boxcars. To give a modern comparison, the QE II measures 480,000 cubic meters in volume.
Based on 570 railway box cars, and 7 pairs of clean animals and on pair of ceremonially unclean animals, even the largest estimate of mammals, reptiles, birds, and amphibians would only use up 3219 of the 570 railway boxcars, leaving almost 50% of the ark for the storage of food. Or, if you hold that the animals may have been in a state of hibernation or deep sleep, there was ample room to spread out the animals on the ark.
We must also remember that it was not until after they left the ark that in Genesis 9 the Lord placed emnity between men and animals and the Lord allowed men to eat animals. Until that time

Based on the life of Noah, In a world that seems to be moving away from biblical truth and the Christian faith, the believer needs to find hope and comfort in three unchangeable and powerful truths:
The Lord’s sovereignty and power are the same today as they were in the days of Noah
The Lord’s ability to call people out of spiritual darkness into His kingdom is the same today as it was in the days of Noah
The believer’s response of obedience to the known will of God is the same today as it was in the days of Noah.
(1) The Lord’s power and sovereignty in salvation
Unless you understand God’s work of salvation, you will never understand what is happening in the life of Noah. And you will never understand how the Lord can use to be a faithful witness in a world that needs the gospel of Christ
1 And you were dead in the trespasses and sins
4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.”
21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
(2) The Lord’s ability to call people out of spiritual darkness into His kingdom

The Lord’s ability to call people out of spiritual darkness into His kingdom is the same today as it was in the days of Noah
The believer’s response of obedience to the known will of God is the same today as it was in the days of Noah.
And all of this is because Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever
