Within 4-5 years no room even for the members we have

Vision

Why? Not to just get bigger but care for the people God’s brought 1 Cor 12. Jesus builds the church. But we are trying to take the gospel further in the community 1. Stewards of Growth and 2. Intentional with the gospel

Not changing mission or liturgy. Same thing. “Stage two mission and vision.” Spiraling down drain financially and members with a dying church. Stage 1 healthy church. Stage 2 maintain and grow. If the vision is healthy churches in northwest arkansas and the world then we have to be one and have greater scale to raise up men to be sent out as pastors, planters, and revitalizers

Discipleship. Are there enough churches teaching Bible? Are there enough Christians? Reformed Christians serious about the Bible. Are there enough Godly families raising Godly children?

Concerns

Ever more than two services?

Why not planting? Growth here. No qualified men. Members here less than two years.

Shepherding? We have 4 pastors. People don’t call.

Does it make us two churches? What unites? The church exists for mission and when you have a church in another location by definition the mission is different. But multiple services your still on the same mission. Under the same leadership. With the same people.

Cole will give instructions for parents to get children. Chad will play 1 song.
