Jesus heals and has compassion on the crowds feeds 4000 of them the disciples go away and Jesus warns them about the Pharisees.

Jesus is compassionate to us and understands our needs. V.1-9

You must come to the understanding that only Jesus is able to truly satisfy.

1. Jesus is compassionate to us and understands our needs. V.1-9

1-3 Jesus’ compassion is stretching from the physical to the spiritual.
Jesus has been teaching and healing for 3 days
Jesus. compassion in his GUTS its a gut wrenching compassion
They have come from all over. - A long distance.
V.4 We have heard this before.
7 loaves a few small fish- Sardines
Blessed them and set them before them
V.8 They ate and were satisfied - Go to V. 4 Where can we get bread to satisfy them?
There were 4000 people - Not a retelling of the story - 19-20
7 large baskets full were taken up.

2. Jesus is considerate with us but does not delight in our forgetfulness. V.11-16

V.11 Demanding a sign! Why does this generation demand a sign?
V.14 The disciples had forgotten to take bread.
V.15 The Leaven of the Pharisees and the Leaven of Herod- Unbelief.
Forgetfulness of God is at the bottom of all the wickedness of the wicked.
