PRAYER
A - God we praise you for your wisdom and beauty revealed to us in creation. From thunder storms to sunsets, from honey bees to hippopotamus, and certainly in the majesty of human life from conception all the way to coffin. We praise your name.
C - Lord we confess that we do not pray enough for our country and leadership, we do not pray enough for our state and its leadership. We confess that while we hold your word in high esteem that we often struggle to apply it in the best ways in our own lives.
T - But we thank you for your longsuffering, for your grace and mercy. We thank you for your Spirit of truth. We ask that you would be with us now and help us to apply your word today.
S - Give us your heart, grant us wisdom and discernment. Help us to form a biblical view of life and help us to apply this view to our interactions with one another as well as a lost and hurting world around us.
