It is a tragedy as a Christian to have low expectations; to always want to play it safe and to keep repeating things the way we've always done them. Our Savior—the Rabbi we follow—is all about different. He does things in ways we could never imagine, and He wants to do those things in and through us. Now is the time to get used to different.
Randy Maxwell serves as the Vice-president for administration and director of Prayer Ministries in the Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. His previous assignment was pastor of the Renton Seventh-day Adventist Church. Randy is the author of eight books. The motto that drives Randy’s life and ministry is: “The need is great. The key is prayer. The time is now.”
