In the name of Jesus, we we bless him and pray for the word that he's going to share. I mean,

thank you. That's a good morning everybody.

Has anybody ever sold as slave journey through 2022? Let me roll it back to 2022 and 2023 to May. Hopefully it is anybody ever thought I'd like to reset? I'd like to do that died again. Anybody watch the film Groundhog Day. The current took wakes up every morning in the same things happened, the same things happening and it takes him a few repeats to realize the same things are happening that he realized that. I actually, if he changes the way he does something, then the new date comes differently from trying to change things to make things better. And it ends up pretty big mess to start with. Because he's, but we do care. That's part of the problem. And so ask me Jenny on this series of throughout January. If you start, I want to say that reason, you weigh Because there was a new why. There's a new die. What do you want? Am I talking about? I'm talking about Jesus. Jesus made a way that means that we hadn't come before God, cuz he looks at us, three Christ's he looks at us through the purity of his son. In 2 Corinthians 5, verse 17, it says this, therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Not, maybe he is a new creation old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.

Are, there are many times in our lives, I think when we say, I wish I could do that again and do it differently, you know? What becomes if you if you like cartoons, like The Beano in the Dandy, there are pictures of an end of the book says, well, there are pictures of couches and they have a bubble in that Bible is what they said. And sometimes, maybe you feel the same way back inside. Could I could I say that again, sometime?

Puppy holes. Old things are passed away on you, things have come. If I read this from the Amplified in 1 John 1 verse 36, if we freely admit that we have stains and confess our sins, he is faithful and just true to his own nature and his promises and will forgive us. Our sins dismiss all Loyalists and continuously cleanse us from all unrighteousness everything to his will in purpose and action.

He will forgive us our sins so I can I can confidently, say hail in 2023 on January 22nd. He will forgive you, if you will forgive me. If what, what did he say? If we freely admit, repent and turn away from those things, change our minds, make a difference. David knew about these things has, he wrote many, Psalms 150, Psalms 150 songs and he wrote that, he doesn't punish us for our sins, as much as he should be as much as we should be punished. He doesn't pay us back in keeping with the evil things. We thumb his love for those who have respect for him. He's as high as the heavens are above the Earth. He has removed. All these acts from us as far as the East is from the West. You know what if we get our heads around going east, it's a never-ending thing. Because the globe easy or east and west is a reference on a globe. And if we keep on going west School, come back to every soffit eventually. So is the far as the East is from the West so far. Has he removed our transgressions from us? And the father is tender and kind to his children to us in the same way, the Lord is tender, and kind to those who have respect for him. He knows that we are made or he knows what we are made of, he remembers that we are dust and be kind. So he knows that we are dust. We pressed into all that we are.

Golden cards exhausted to reflector in or unlocks to be kind to one another to be tenderhearted.

I don't know, I don't know what kind of films cause you to well up particular point in story or Charlton, something incredible of some kind of breakthrough. Coming some completed story been completed. But he encouraged us to be kind to one another tenderhearted. Forgiving one another, even as God in Christ, forgave you and me.

So you say, how could this be true? will Isaiah tells us do not remember, the former things nor consider the things of olds and goes on to say in verse 19, this behold, I will do a new thing Behold, I will do a new thing now. It shall spring forth, shall you not know it? I will make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

I just want to pull that before I continue in this, but I have a high. I wish I bought it now but it's very fragile. I have a desert rose windowsill underneath the sand. I need drugs, Under the Sea size, believe it's already crossing the desert. And when it rains in the desert, you might take videos online when it rains over the next three or four boys. Just send becomes a sea of greenery and things flower very, very quickly. I'm a flower quickly and they produce seeds very quickly, because that's just such a short period, to Sanibel bike them dragon on those seats. Then go back into this and ready for the next time, it's going to rain. I'm so when we look at Byron assume you look at emptiness. Want me to look up? Why there is nothing I want us to believe but behold, I do a new thing. even if I make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, the beasts of the field will only the jackals in the ostrich is because I will give Waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert to give drink to my people, my chosen ones. These people, I have formed for myself, but they may declare my price. I thought, what is us? We could things not that we might just stand there and look beautiful, but the way he's price, I want to say, when was the last time you did Clyde, just how good God is?

What did you do it this morning as you have Frank, did you do it yesterday in a compensation? Did you do it? As part of our worship this morning? Because we going to keep on reminding ourselves that he is good, at least for us. It's time. I am fascinated by how many times people you can know, so but I know someone who likes them. Let me give you an example. I had a friend of mine who Who I hurt it said something about me. I might not be ready. Well, And so are we still talking about it? But you know me? Surely, if you really expect me to behave differently, may need to come in off the found a way to ask me.

You know, I think we do this thing. We've got let me know. We don't need to be good. We've seen him, do miracles in our lives. Racine we speak truth and then something comes along and suddenly went bad for me. Daddy's for us, not against us.

Interesting that lets you salty the service with this without knowing that I was also going to kind of bring the scriptures. Well, let me just put a little bit of context from Lamentations because we readily to answer. The trick to the title, you know, who wants to Le Mans. He wants to have a pissy faucet. But it's such a good book. Kind of just let it all out. If if if you want, if you want to come to have lost the taste of Ashes, the poison, I've swallowed, I remember it all. Oh how well I remember the feelings of hitting the bottom.

Pops. But there's one thing I remember, I'm remembering I keep a grip on Hope.

God's love couldn't have run out. He's merciful love. Couldn't have dried up.

That created new Every Morning. How great is your faithfulness? That's probably because it's from the message. So so let me read it again. And maybe more familiar territory because he's passion. Files notes by new every morning. Great is your faithfulness.

Every morning, every dies in Utah, is unique to some longtime friends yesterday. I'm going to come and see this group of people has never sat around this place has never been together before. I could make that statement to be true because I was, I was at Judy, and I were at the wedding of a couple of was sitting at the table and the type we never met before. So, I knew that to be true, you will often find even if you go to the same place every week that we, somebody hear somebody note that this is a unique group of people.

I guess this is just accept that this is a unique combination. Yeah, I don't know how I'd go account whether it was true or not, but there are people who is Eddie text one person. Not to go to make it eight different. And so, every day, every opportunity comes fresh to us as nothing better than the smell of fresh bread.

I remember the days when I was a child and you didn't get good bread from supermarkets, do you still have to walk or cycle to all bikers and often? I would go and get the bread and then went back. And I remember one particular, I was meant to put two French sticks. And one of them.

She's really good. That's what I'm talking about. That just tried a bit more and then I was going to try to get my finger on the side and we came to lunch time and my mom got the bread out and about a third of the life of the bag at the everyday. We think I am.

New every morning. Every morning is full of possibility. Every morning there are new things that you might as well enjoy the scripture, you will know very well. He says, the thief does not come except to kill steal, and destroy. The thief to steal kill and destroy its being miscommunication going on tonight. Just recognize it as a strategy. This recognizes the enemies I okay, I need to pray now.

If you start to see maybe Wilson example, I don't know. You got to take your hands in your pocket and then you think

It's it's been stolen and then you really pleased and suddenly moved here has walked into the room. Something you recognize is a pot and going on to the enemy's, having to go. Trying to steal my joy. Steal, my pay steal, something of mine, recognized it cold. Cuz that's what he loves to do. He loves to have sex all day.

So we brought this new Every Morning Ty and then halfway through the morning or to another one of those days. Let me encourage you, just pause for a few moments and pry. Could Jesus went on to say that she said the same Thief does not, except to steal kill and destroy, but I have come that they might have life and I have it more abundantly happened to the full. Another translations of the word, abundantly abundantly

But not much is full but flowing over in of the description in another part of scripture.

Just what we don't tend to do. Those kind of things. We don't tend to fill up a mug until it's overflowing cuz we don't want to make a mess on the floor. Not, if you haven't seen somebody walking across the restaurant with the pints of beer and he's ready.

You know. He's so much more up for that it's more abundantly. I don't want to go back to the scripture cuz I started but this is how I want to put it all back together. Again I want to go back to 2 Corinthians 5, verse 17 and say this if anyone is in Christ he or she is a new creation old things have passed away, behold? All things have become new.

So not now it's time for a little bit of a workshop. I'm going to ask you to share everything with you, but we got to explore and unpack the scripture in in our own world.

So I just want you to close your eyes and listen to my voice, listen to my voice. I want you to think about if you were going to do a spring clean of your daily life. I just thought you said, so I'm not thinking about the week yet. Let's just think about what you do on a daily basis that there are things we do every day. We clean all teeth. Every night, anything that we do, one thing, what would that be asked you to tell me, I'm asking you to reflect upon it. I just got to do a little bit of a kind of spring clean, but before, God was one thing that you might be at once again. But you know what, I would encourage you. If you going to add something in, maybe make something else shorter. Just plow more on the morrow. I just bring the pressure and stress on your daily life and think about maybe one thing you want to stop doing one thing you want to stop.

I'm just going to ask you to reflect upon that. They're at the beginning of the year or the beginning of the end just reflects upon that I'm going to have peace while I just sit I breathe. I'm at this focus on something, something something beautiful.

An excuse. I said a minute, I didn't say 10 minutes or half an hour. Just a minute. I just want to stop and you have it. Start a new y. And I'll find a way to make it happen is to consciously, choose to do it. And then I'd like you to enlarge your focus a bit. Now, not look at a die but look away. Look at the form of your way, there are things that we do every week. Maybe go to the shops, my particular friends, make you go for a walk at the weekend but there are things that we do on a weekly basis. And again, I'm going to ask you just to reflect upon that week.

What one thing would you stop behold? I do a new thing. New things sometimes would be stopping by habits for healthy ways of doing things.

This reflects again, upon your week.

Have you might be to ring a particular person? It doesn't have to be about sometimes. It might just be about a relationship. We want another.

Choose to send a postcard or a car. There's an unusual thing to do these days. Somebody just a few was

Gordon Lodge. It one more time I think about the year. you could do the months as well, but we're going to do that this morning, but I think about you year at certain times of the year will encourage you think about one, you think of when you think that I stopped doing something cuz I stopped doing

It holds. I do a new thing.

What if I asked you to reflect upon these things cuz I hope in the midst of those ideas and was a reflection on your spending time with people, smoking more positively choosing to invest in yourself, Rita a new book read the Bible. Maybe it was a season when I read a Psalm every night for a year, when I got to the end, that's 150 days. What? Some of them already show? In fact, I did break so I'm 119 down some 117. You can read in 30 seconds. Psalm 119 takes a little longer. But each day I would read the song. When I got to the end, I went back to the beginning again to start it again. and if you got to read psalms twice, you and unity that 300 365, x

But I want to take this one step further. Now, with her eyes closed, and it's want you to think about, if God was speaking to us. We just been through one thing and then you die for a week for a year. If God was our coaching was just advising us. I'm just saying is one thing I'd suggest you to. What might it be this morning? Either in your week? Go in your week. You'll die. You're in New York.

I sense the god might sell you. Some people take us a bicycle. Take a break. Take a week off from everything. Bob is it might be spend a little more time with me.

How does he might be very specifically saying, sorry to somebody. But something's going to Rye.

Fathers, it might be a simple just asked me. Son will do what? I just asked me about this thing. I'm waiting to respond to you. But please just ask me talk to God.

You know, I still have 43 as I write out here in verse 18. It says this do not remember, the former things nor consider the things of old behold. I will do a new thing and that's just considered what

So since the father in those moments may have just dropped an idea into your heart into your mind. You might have just reflected on his wood and say that I need to make a change. It.

I'm going to encourage you to take that stuff if I do it.

So, let me try. Call the we do on every day to be a tire fruitfulness. We do want every day to be at. I have blessing, father, help us to be blessings to others. Help us to be encouraged and I had to give the great gift. You've given us father, thank you for the fruit that you provided to us. Help us to use it wisely and bless others. We fry.

And help us to take steps of fine. Although I pray that 2023 will be better than we expected before 2023 will be a year off of Fillmore and purpose in Jesus name

Oh man. Do you want me to do the nice to see slightly? Okay.
