Brass/Copper

Brass---A Mixed of copper and tin called bronze.

This is associated with sin.

It has reference to hardness or persistence in sin in view-

Brass as a Symbol of Jesus: Redemption, Reconciliation, Restoration

2 Cor.5:18 “And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;”

Brass/Copper as the Church

Brass/Copper is about Workability

Acts 1:1 “The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,”

Acts 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

Brass/Cooper makeup is based upon its use

Rom.12:6 “Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;”

Brass/Copper Can’t be too strong or too weak

Divisions in the church 1 Cor.3:1-3 “And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?”

Brass/Copper is the most used of all metals.
