Matthew 12:36: All Men Will Give an Account.

Seven Great Judgments of the Bible.

Man will give an account for every word spoken. There is only one way to Heaven--through Jesus.

1) Judgment of Sin at Calvary. Christ was born to die. [Hebrews 9:27: And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. 2 Corinthians 5:21: For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. Romans 5:9: Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. Galatians 3:13: Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree].

2) Believer’s Self-judgment. We will be chastised when we neglect to take care of the sins in our lives. We can take care of this. We need to take care of sin in our lives. This will save us from discipline. Jesus will not let us stay in sin. We need to confess and repent. If we do not pay attention, He may take us home. [I John 1:9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Hebrews 12:7: If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?].

3) Judgment in Christ. Christians will go before the judgment seat of Christ. After the rapture is the judgment seat of Christ. Some will get rewards; some will suffer loss. Our work will be revealed by fire. [2 Corinthians 5:10: For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Hebrews 10:17: And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. I Corinthians 3:11-15: For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. II Timothy 4:8: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing].

4) Judgment of the Nations [judgment of the sheep and the goats, Matthew 25:31-46]. The Gentile nations will be judged on how they treated Israel during the tribulation.

5) Judgment of Israel. Psalm 50:1-7.

6) Judgment of Angels. [Matthew 25:41: Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels].

7) Great White Throne Judgment. [Revelation 20:11-15: And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire].
