Rick will make an appointment to get these fixed next week with a locksmith in Jesup

Pesticide spraying

Ready to spray; waiting until onset of spring

Sidewalks broken

Probably get the work done by somebody else; next steps would be to get a quote; Ryan will call a guy he knows to get prices; Keep it on the back-burner right now

Mowing schedule

Drew and Rick will use large tractor once a month; mow grass near church buildings once a week; put a sign up sheet out at end of February

Bookshelf/info board placement

Nothing on bookshelf yet; women will begin the process of decorating the boards

Sound system

John and Justin are handling it; it is a work-in-process

Fire pit

Dream idea; put to bed for now

Hot water tank

Continuing to monitor; perhaps get a whole new unit; this is a priority right now

Update on various projects in general

AED/defibrillator/first aid kit

Buy them online. Justin might get us better prices through volunteer fire department. Rick will follow up on that.

Nursery insurance

Nursery will be available starting next Lord’s Day. Background checks are through Trail Life.

Ryan will pay for Stella to get her background check through Trail Life

How did fire drill/shooting drill go

The drill went well.

Come up with active shooter written policy.

Follow-up drill in coming months.

Update on visitations

Ruth Pate/Ruby Thompson

Ryan will visit them with Stella this Saturday. He will try to fix their oven and do an overall check-in.

Mary Yarbrough & Family

Continuing to monitor. Surgery was successful, praise the Lord.

Shep and Pat

They are well. Continuing to monitor.

Lisa Provost

Continuing to stay in touch with her.

Will Brooks

Beginning to get more involved with public worship and gatherings. Very encouraging. Continue to talk with him and pray for him.

Rick is developing a good relationship with him.

Robert Dennis

Not responding to any people reaching out. Continuing to stay in touch and pray.

Website/Technology Updates

Discuss Ryan’s goals that were approved in budget meetings in collaboration with Kaylie’s website efforts

Talk with elders next officers’ meeting regarding investing in video equipment. The line item for media was increased when this idea was first brought up at budget meeting

If approved, would collaborate with Kaylie. Perhaps could task her with that.

Television for nursery

Smart tv. Cast from phone instead of running wires.

Need to nail down who is responsible for researching this.

Treasurer Duties

Discuss how Stella can best fulfill her duties as a treasurer

Help count offerings each Lord’s Day

Monthly excel report to elders

Quarterly excel report to church

Discuss obtaining filing cabinets for better paperwork organization

Use the two filing cabinets in the spare room. Pastors will need to lock them in their offices.

Rick presented check to him, and he is really appreciative. Might need help moving furniture when he returns.

On the mend. Continue checking on him and praying.
