But the application is answering the question, “What duty does God require of man?” Application concentrates on that duty. It’s answering the “So what?” question. “Yes, that’s true. So what? What difference does it make?”
application is not only things that we behaviorally do,
[but] it may also be things that we attitudinally change.
it is that aspect of the sermon which addresses what to do and how to do it.
