1 Cor 11:17-34

When they come together for Worship they are Divided

When they come together they engage in self indulgence

When they come together it is not for the building up but the tearing down of God’s people.

The Purpose of the Lord’s Supper

The Purpose is given to us by Jesus Himself this is not hearsay

The Purpose is to Remember or Memorialize what our Savior has given

His body

blood

The Purpose is to proclaim the Lord’s Death

The Purpose is to remember the Lord’s Return
