MESSAGE NOTES Family Matters - 1 Timothy 5:8 Study Passage - Ephesians 4:11-14 (CSB) MY role as a mentor (vs11) is to equip YOU into ministry (vs12) so that we all grow into maturity in Christ (vs13) and are not swept away by worldly thinking (vs14). THE POINT: Parents are the number one spiritual influence in the family. The discipleship of our children falls to us as parents, and the way we approach that will have the greatest effect on the outcome of our kid's faith more than anything. Disciple Your Families How? Be with Jesus, Do what Jesus did, & Become like Jesus. How? Become a mentor, Participate in ministry, & Be a model.
