Fight Club Series Session #5

Matthew 26:14–15 TPT
14 One of the twelve apostles, Judas the locksmith, went to the leading priests 15 and said, “How much are you willing to pay me to betray Jesus into your hands?” They agreed to pay him thirty silver coins.
Matthew 26:20–25 TPT
20 When evening came he took his place at the table and dined with the Twelve. 21 While they were eating, Jesus spoke up and said, “One of you is about to betray me.” 22 Feeling deeply hurt by these words, one after another asked him, “You don’t mean me, do you?” 23 He answered, “It is one who has shared meals with me as an intimate friend. 24 All that was prophesied of me will take place, but how miserable it will be for the one who betrays the Son of Man. It would be far better for him if he had never been born!” 25 Then finally, Judas the traitor spoke up and asked him, “Teacher, perhaps it is I?” Jesus answered, “You said it.”
Matthew 26:47–50 TPT
47 At that moment Judas, his once-trusted disciple, appeared, along with a large crowd of men armed with swords and clubs. They had been sent to arrest Jesus by order of the ruling priests and Jewish religious leaders. 48 Now, Judas, the traitor, had arranged to give them a signal that would identify Jesus, for he had told them, “Jesus is the one whom I will kiss. So grab him!” 49 Judas quickly stepped up to Jesus and said, “Shalom, Rabbi,” and he kissed him on both cheeks. 50 “My beloved friend,” Jesus said, “is this why you’ve come?” Then the armed men seized Jesus to arrest him.
Mark 14:50 TPT
50 At that point all of his disciples ran away and abandoned him.
Matthew 26:69–75 TPT
69 Meanwhile, Peter was still sitting outside in the courtyard when a servant girl came up to him and said, “I recognize you. You were with Jesus the Galilean.” 70 In front of everyone Peter denied it and said, “I don’t have a clue what you’re talking about.” 71 Later, as he stood near the gateway of the courtyard, another servant girl noticed him and said, “I know this man is a follower of Jesus the Nazarene!” 72 Once again, Peter denied it, and with an oath he said, “I tell you, I don’t know the man!” 73 A short time later, those standing nearby approached Peter and said, “We know you’re one of his disciples—we can tell by your speech. Your Galilean accent gives you away!” 74 Peter denied it, and using profanity he said, “I don’t know the man!” At that very moment the sound of a crowing rooster pierced the night. 75 Then Peter remembered the prophecy of Jesus, “Before the rooster crows you will have denied me three times.” With a shattered heart, Peter went out of the courtyard, sobbing with bitter tears.
Are you Ready to Fight?
Then You must be prepared for Three Types of People in your corner.
No One Excluded in These 3 Types..
Not My Moms, Not My Pops, Not my Spouse, Not My Kids, Not my sista Not my brotha Yea and Uncle Cletus And Aunt Luciell 2
First One In Your Corner: The Betrayer or Sell Out
This is the one that will challenge your gangsta and your sanctification or what i like to call it Gang-sta-fication.
This person will sell you out by a Mis-understanding..
This person will betray you when your agenda no longer fits their ultimate scheme of things.
Judas said what will you give me to betray him?
Matthew 26:20–22 NKJV
20 When evening had come, He sat down with the twelve. 21 Now as they were eating, He said, “Assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me.” 22 And they were exceedingly sorrowful, and each of them began to say to Him, “Lord, is it I?”
If you have to ask, you have the potential, They all had the potential to betray Jesus. And So Do You, so do I, and Your Mother and Pookee
Now if folks betrayed Jesus you already Know you ain’t got a chance...
Has Anyone Ever been betrayed by someone You Loved? (look at hands up)
Have you betrayed anyone that Loved You? (not so many hands)
I have learned that betrayers expect you to remain loyal to them even when they have cheated on you, stole from you & gave you a venereal disease and messed you credit score up. ( And Some fools i mean people will still remain loyal to them.)
Here’s My point:
You have at least one Judas in your corner.. /
2nd Person In Your Corner: The Denier
I am talking about that person that be all up in your face, your refrigerator, your Wallet, & your business. But when you ain’t around
They will deny they ever knew you..
The accusations that have been said about you in front of them, that deserve a defense. But they don’t have the back-bone to confront, correct or clear-up.
In the Last 24 hours, Jesus warned Peter that the devil desired to sift the disciples as wheat…
Jesus warned Peter that he was going to back-slide & when he repented to encourage the brethren.
Jesus warned Peter that before cock crows Peter would deny Jesus 3 times.
Peter, cussed, swore & denied he even knew jesus.....
Sifted Saints:
Sift as wheat is a metaphor that could also be expressed as “shake someone apart” or “break a person down.”
In sifting Peter and the other disciples as wheat, Satan’s goal was to crush them and wreck their faith. In truth, the adversary wants to destroy the faith of every believer
John 10:10 KJV
10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
But Jesus assured Peter, “I have pleaded in prayer for you, Simon, that your faith should not fail. So when you have repented and turned to me again, strengthen your brothers” (Luke 22:32, NLT). Peter’s leadership role in the early church proved that the Lord’s prayer for Peter was answered.
Jesus did not promise to remove Peter’s impending test. On the contrary, He predicted that Peter would fail the test by denying Christ three times (Luke 22:34). Trials are to be expected in the Christian life.
Acts 14:22 KJV
22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.
MUCH Tribulation, Much Shaking apart, Much breaking a person down.
So The Question of the Day is brother & Sister Can you take a Knock out Punch and still Stand for God..
Or does what (People In Church do) Not what God has done for you but what people do to you, Make you offended, make you mad Or make you leave?
If the answer is yes, you are a sifted saint.....
3rd Person In Your Corner: The Forsaker
Forsake: abandoned or deserted:
Mark 14:50 KJV
50 And they all forsook him, and fled.
Some of us, act the way we do with loved ones, spouse & friends because our daddy or mother abandoned us or at least we think they did. And thats why we are hard to love. So you quick to dismiss someone if you even think they might be giving you the forsake vibe.
But a true forsaker will have you souped up with future plans, got you gassed up like ya’ll are bonnie and Clyde. And its more like bonnie and where did he hide????
Many men have made the drastic mistake in having a child with a bitter sister. Who’s policy is and always be me or nothing.
In other words if I can’t have you, you can’t have your son....
And the Son grows up being told his daddy didn’t want to be bothered, and he abandoned you. Its a lie, but the daddy never fought for his rights to see his son. So its some truth to it as well.
This is a Luciferian principal:
John 8:44 TPT
44 “You are the offspring of your father, the devil, and you serve your father very well, passionately carrying out his desires. He’s been a murderer right from the start! He never stood with the One who is the true Prince, for he’s full of nothing but lies—lying is his native tongue. He is a master of deception and the father of lies!
The way Satan tricks us is by using a smidget of truth in his lie.
Many rocky relationships are they way they are because of un-addressed abandonment issues.
Many Church hoppers struggle with commitment. why abandonment.
Titus 1:15 KJV
15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
You See people as you see your self..
all Women are hoes. your a Hoe!!
ALL mens are dogs, guess what???
All Pastors are slick and trying to take your money? No body slicker than you oil can..
Final Point:
These 3 types people in your corner, are often the reason why folks leave God and Stop attending Church.
God never did a bad thing to you, and some of the folks that betrayed you, denied you and forsook you never walked in a church in there life..But some how God is always the blame.
The Lord never told you to go to the club get drunk and take that joker home, let them move in with his trash bag and play station. And when things go bad. Why God????
Can i get 3 honest folks in here that can say i forsook God over a bad reLATIONSHIP. THATS WHY MY WORSHIP & PRAISE IS SHABBY..
Jesus hand picked the 12 men, and knew then what they would do when he needed them the most.. Please note this
When Jesus needed them the most is when they did what they did…
My Prayer, Is Lord please give me the courage to stand when you call me..
The way Jesus interacted with his disciples before and after shows the consistency every Christian should have with dealing with people who did them wrong. And why we should be totally commited to Christ..
Matthew 28:20 (KJV)
20lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Genesis 28:15 KJV
15 And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.
The Holy Bible: King James Version (Chapter 4)
8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
Romans 8:35–39 KJV
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Proverbs 16:9 M:BCL
9 We plan the way we want to live, but only God makes us able to live it.
John 7:17 TPT
17 If you want to test my teachings and discover where I received them, first be passionate to do God’s will, and then you will be able to discern if my teachings are from the heart of God or from my own opinions.
God gives every human free will, he does not force his will on us. True or False?
We plan the way we want to Live..
So the next time a person you love, you want to be with for the rest of your life or someone you highly respect does something to you that hurts, harms or diss-appoints you. Remember..
They had free will to decide to do it, God and the Church had nothing to do with it...
Jesus ability to love grimy, cut throat, all about me type people is the reason why you are saved.
Nothing you can do will stop him from loving you, why wouldn’t you want to Please him.
P
This alter call is for someone that needs to repent from actions, behaviors, deeds & mindsets…
