Know your pastor’s responsibility.

Your pastor must have a heart for his church. (vs. 1-3)
Your pastor wants the best for you.
Your pastor prays for you.
Your pastor hurts for you.
Your pastor rejoices with you.
Your pastor has must lead the flock to graze, guide the flock, and guard the flock.
Your pastor must point you to the Chief Shepherd.

Know your responsibility to your pastor.

Humble submission (vs. 5, see Heb. 13:17).
Pray for your pastor.
Support your pastor.
Let your pastor be who God has made him/called him to be.
Give your pastor much grace.
