The complete loss or absence of hope.
How Do You Arrive at a Place of Despair?

What is Biblical Hope?
Worldly hope - wanting something to happen that may or may not be likely.
Biblical hope - living with certainty concerning the promises of God.
How to Move from Despair to Biblical Hope:
Trust in the sovereignty of God.
Live a life of dependency on God.
Live a life of worship.
