Christ Our Advocate
CPS: A key element in fellowship with God is forgiveness of our sins against God, we can KNOW we have fellowship when we confess our sins because our God is faithful and right to forgive. Therefore, we have a personal advocate pleading our case before Him.
We can have fellowship with the Lord because we have a righteous advocate. 2:1
