1 Thessalonians 5:16-22

IV. Longsuffering makes one Comply. v.18b

for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

V. Gentleness makes one Continue. V.19

19 Quench not the Spirit.

VI. Goodness makes one Correctable. v.20

20 Despise not prophesyings.
Paul liked them all (Philippians 1:15-18)

VII. Faithfulness makes one Certain. V.21

21 Prove all things;

VIII. Meekness makes one Consistent. V.21b

hold fast that which is good.

IX. Temperance makes one Controlled. V.22

22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
