Movies are the same, but how we receive them has changed

What worked well for me in smaller context doesn’t work here.
I’ve had to continually grow in order to lead

2 Big Question To Answer Before We Dive In.

What if I don’t hold a leadership position?
If you don’t act a leader without the mantle or title you will not magically become one when you are given them.
What if I’m not a leader?
Everyone is a leader. Leadership is about influence and we all influence others to varying degrees. This means all activities we do includes some form of leadership.

Skills
See The Future
Envision and communicate a compelling picture of the future. Leadership always begins with a picture of a preferred future.
Engage And Develop Others
Recruit and select the right people for the right job while creating an environment where people wholeheartedly invest themselves in achieving the vision.
Reinvent Continuously
Possess a never-ending focus on improvement. Progress is impossible without change.
Value Results And Relationships
Generate positive, measurable results, and cultivate great relationships with those you lead. Ultimate success always includes both people and performance.
Embody The Values
Live in a fashion consistent with your stated values. People learn more from what a leader does than from what a leader says.
Character
Hungry For Wisdom
Actively and intentionally find ways to grow. Wether from books, mentors or self reflection.
Expect The Best
Maintaining an optimistic outlook in all areas of life; while simultaneously holding a grasp on reality.
Accept Responsibility
Willing to accept the responsibility of outcomes. Accepting the blame and giving away praise.
Respond With Courage
A willingness to do the right thing and make decisions in a timely manner.
Think Others First
Constantly Looking for ways to serve others and add value to their lives. Seeking their benefit before your own.
