Praying for the Eternal Water

Invitation to seeing Jesus as Water in the New Testament

Connection to the churches view on water and Jesus

Revelation and the Water to come.

Revelation 21:6 NIV

He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life.

When we hear this we are right in the passage that talks about how Jesus will be present with us always. This spring that gives water with no cost is in connection.

So lets look at the prior verses, that Jesus is now dwelling among them, and then he offers the eternal life water for free.

I want us to look at the water of the spring and all the water that is stated as not a sea or an ocean as the pressence of Jesus.

Revelation 22:1 NIV

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb

Woman at the Well.

Prayer as the toil of the Well.

Consistant prayer as the pulling of water out of the Well.
