Ps 69:32 “The humble will see their God at work and be glad. Let all who seek God’s help be encouraged.”
PS 69:32 The humble have seen it and are glad; You who seek God, let your heart revive.
•Walking in the favor of God can help to bring about revival. It's a reminder that the Lord is with us and He will never leave us. When we walk in His favor, it can bring about a renewed spirit of hope and faith for all who believe. Let's all strive to live our lives in His favor and seek revival in every area of our lives. Thank You Lord! Amen.
What dose Revival mean ?
Kingdom revival is a term used to describe a spiritual awakening in which people turn to God and seek to bring His Kingdom rule and authority into their lives. This spiritual revival can involve individuals, churches, communities and even nations. It is often characterized by a renewed commitment to prayer and worship, a deeper understanding of the Bible and its teachings, and a desire to spread the good news of the gospel.
"The revitalizing of a body of Christian believers, and 'awakening' for the stirring of interest in the Christian faith in the related community of nominal Christians or unbelievers."4
1. Revival brings something back to life that is either now dead or seemingly dead.
2. Revival brings a holy shock to apathy and carelessness.
3. Revival restores truth and recalls to obedience that which has been forgotten.
4. Revival accomplishes what our best spiritual efforts cannot and is necessary to counteract spiritual decline and to create spiritual momentum.
Tozer said "Revival will come when prayer is no longer used as a substitute for obedience."  [1Sa15:22,23]
There will be No Revival without Rebible!
Leonard Ravenhill "In revival God is not concerned about filling empty churches, He is concerned about filling empty hearts."
Revival is designed to transform our lives
Revival is the work of the Holy Spirit to bring us into a closer, deeper relationship with Jesus.
B. The Holy Spirit is always at work within us to draw us into a beautiful intimate relationships with Jesus comes by yielding ourselves to the work of the Holy Spirit to the presence of God
C. Here's the truth: God desires to be intimately involved in our lives, and this is why He gave us the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is ever-present within us if we make the choice to seek it out. When we surrender our will to His calling, God not only draws us closer to Himself, but deepens the relationship that we share with Him. This happens because of how gracefully the Holy Spirit guides us in making a commitment to seek after Jesus' heart. So don’t be afraid to open yourself up—we are all invited into an incredible journey when we choose God’s way over our own!
John 16:5-14 ““But now I am going away to the one who sent me, and not one of you is asking where I am going. Instead, you grieve because of what I’ve told you. But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you. And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment. The world’s sin is that it refuses to believe in me. Righteousness is available because I go to the Father, and you will see me no more. Judgment will come because the ruler of this world has already been judged. “There is so much more I want to tell you, but you can’t bear it now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future. He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me.”
D. Personal Acts of the Holy Spirit
• The Spirit performs personal acts: He works, searches, speaks, testifies, teaches, reproves, prays and intercedes, leads, regenerates, convicts, comforts, calls men into ministry, imparts spiritual gifts, and glorifies Jesus, the Son of God.
• It’s really hard to connect to a symbol; connect to the personhood of the Holy Spirit
E. Be Willing to Be Wrecked
Don’t analyze a move of God, be willing to be wrecked by a move of God.
Be careful to not be so controlling of your environment that God can’t move.
Joel 2:23-29 “Rejoice, you people of Jerusalem! Rejoice in the Lord your God! For the rain he sends demonstrates his faithfulness. Once more the autumn rains will come, as well as the rains of spring. The threshing floors will again be piled high with grain, and the presses will overflow with new wine and olive oil. The Lord says, “I will give you back what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts. It was I who sent this great destroying army against you. Once again you will have all the food you want, and you will praise the Lord your God, who does these miracles for you. Never again will my people be disgraced. Then you will know that I am among my people Israel, that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other. Never again will my people be disgraced. “Then, after doing all those things, I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions…”
Acts 2:12 “They stood there amazed and perplexed. “What can this mean?” they asked each other.”
The mind will never lead you into revival. The heart will take you where you need to go. When the Spirit of God comes, He will make all things clear. Revival is a result of the outpouring of His Spirit on us and our willingness to accept it. We must come with empty hands, put away our pride and surrender to Him. Then we can experience true revival that brings about a change in our lives - in our churches, cities
2. Revival is a time for us to surrender our lives to Jesus and allow Him to transform us.
What does it mean to yield to the God?
Given up all control and letting him control the outcome -Clyde Lewis
Yielding to God means to accept His will and surrender one's own will in obedience. It is a way of submitting to God and His plans and following His commands. It is trusting in Him and placing faith in His word and purpose, even when it may be difficult to understand or accept. Yielding to God is an act of humility and surrender, seeking to live in obedience and faithfulness to His will and His ways.
a. To experience revival we must have a yield of life.
We should all pause and ask ourselves an important question: is my life completely yielded to the work of God? It's an uncomfortable question we'd rather ignore, but it's a vital one that is essential for fulfilling God's purpose for our lives. We must take this question seriously and earnestly seek His answer by spending time in prayer as He reveals our weaknesses and strengths; only then can we live lives that honor Him. This can be a challenging process, but it leads to peace and lasting joy when we submit our lives to His will without reservation. Let us have courage and faith - not just talk - as we strive to surrender more of our lives daily to do the work of God.
B. God is calling you to totally surrender all that you are and all that you have. Surrender is not what you do for God. Surrender is the giving away of your whole heart. It is the release of your will and desires.
“O Israel, can I not do to you as this potter has done to his clay? As the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand.” Jeremiah 18:6 NLT
Ask God to mould and shape you the way He desires.
“God doesn’t want something from us, He simply wants us”
C.S. Lewis
3. Revival brings a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit that can renew and revive us spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
What is the Anointing ?
A ritual of pouring or smearing oil on a person's head or forehead. The ritual was often done to install someone in a new office or role of authority. Also: Anoint; Anointing of the Holy Spirit; Anointings
I indeed have baptized you with water: but He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. Mark 1:8
God wants to flow through you with measureless power of divine utterance and grace until your whole body is a flame of fire. God intends each soul in Pentecost to be a live wire—not a monument, but a movement. So many people have been baptized with the Holy Spirit; there was a movement, but they have become monuments, and you cannot move them. God, wake us out of sleep lest we should become indifferent to the glorious truth and the breath of the almighty power of God.

“HALT! THINK! WHAT IS THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR LIFE? ARE YOU THIRSTY? ARE YOU LONGING? ARE YOU WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE? ARE YOU WILLING TO FORFEIT IN ORDER TO HAVE? ARE YOU WILLING TO ALLOW YOURSELF TO DIE THAT HE MAY LIVE? ARE YOU WILLING FOR HIM TO HAVE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF YOUR HEART, YOUR CONSCIENCE, AND ALL THAT YOU ARE? ARE YOU READY TO HAVE GOD’S DELUGE OF BLESSING POUR INTO YOUR SOUL? —SMITH WIGGLESWORTH

B. Revival is a necessary avenue to receive a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit, which operates outside of our own abilities. This miracle-working anointing can spin our lives around, causing us to soar in areas where we were previously weighed down, especially spiritually, emotionally, and physically. When we make ourselves available, heavenly atmospheres of blessing and refreshing come upon us and supercharge us with living faith. With this power comes miraculous breakthroughs that heal sickness and lift depression. Our outlook on life will change as God breathes new life into us. Revival brings all of these benefits that reach deep into our souls and cause us to walk in abundant freedom!
C. A revival can revive a person but a revival can revive a city
Ezra 9:8-9 NKJV
"And now for a little while grace has been shown from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a peg in His holy place, that our God may enlighten our eyes and give us a measure of revival in our bondage. 9 "For we were slaves. Yet our God did not forsake us in our bondage; but He extended mercy to us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to revive us, to repair the house of our God, to rebuild its ruins, and to give us a wall in Judah and Jerusalem.
Ezra 9:8-9 NLT ““But now we have been given a brief moment of grace, for the Lord our God has allowed a few of us to survive as a remnant. He has given us security in this holy place. Our God has brightened our eyes and granted us some relief from our slavery. For we were slaves, but in his unfailing love our God did not abandon us in our slavery. Instead, he caused the kings of Persia to treat us favorably. He revived us so we could rebuild the Temple of our God and repair its ruins. He has given us a protective wall in Judah and Jerusalem.”
Revival Praying
The Revival Heart Psalms 85 is a prayer for God to restore and revive His people.
In it, the Psalmist presents the earnest question before the Lord, “Will You not revive us again, That Your people may rejoice in You?” (Psalm 85:6) I wonder how many of us earnestly pray for revival or are we content with the way things are. Do we ask God to pour out His Spirit in revival? We all say we believe in God, but do we believe God for revival? Have we committed ourselves to Him for revival? Psalm 37:5 says, “Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.” Our God is not lame when it comes to revival. He will bring it on in response to a specific heart for revival. What does that heart look like?
We have to start contending for revival in our cities and in our nation. We have to come together and pray for it, believing that God will act in response. We have to exalt the Lord’s name, live holy lives, and turn away from our sins as a people. We need to repent of our complacency and apathy and start praying for revival with all earnestness. Turning back to God
Conclusion:
Revival is an incredibly powerful way for us to experience transformation in every area of our lives – spiritually, emotionally, and physically. When we open ourselves up to receive the fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit during this time, there is no limit to what can be achieved! So let’s not forget the power behind true revival – it has the potential to transform us in ways beyond what words can describe! May we always remember how blessed we are when God chooses to move through each one of us!
