Jesus reminds us that He is the good shepherd

Jesus knows all that we need

7 So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.

-He covers his sheep from those who would seek to do them harm

-Sheep are oblivious to the threats that are around them

-The good shepherd sees the predators that are hiding in the bushes…

-The good shepherd does not run from the threat of the enemy

-Jesus is our Good Shepherd

9 I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.

-He leads the sheep to places of nourishment

-He guides the sheep to places that they may not want to go so they can get what they need.

-He gives the sheep what they do not even know that they need (Nasty Medicine)
