Introduction: Have you ever had to do a public speech in elementary school?
We had a 4-H public speaking competition at my elementary school.

Now, Paul is much more skilled than I was in my fourth grade 4-H writing competition.
Yet, his is going to conclude his letter just the way he began it, like we were told inn fourth grade.

He is going to remind Timothy of his mission as and elder to the Ephesians.
He is going to tell Timothy to teach and exhort his people in the sound faith and good conscience that protects against those who have fallen away because of their own sinful desires.
