Isaiah 11:1–2 KJV 1900
1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, The spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and might, The spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
As we get a revelation that the attributes and manifestations of God’s Spirit; it would change our life.
It will cause to be aware of
Who am I? ( our identity)
What is God given purpose? ( Our purpose, mission)
Why are you here? ( Our specific assignment ; Paul knew his purpose but did not know his assignment)
Where did you come from? ( our history, ancestory; we are the seed of Abraham. we are born in God’s family.
Where are you going? (Our inheritance, our birth right)
The world and carnal Christians today are full of strife, envying. division and chaos. It no wonder that their is so much confusion and evil. Because they do not have a revelation to the answers to those five questions.
James 3:16 KJV 1900
16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
One of the reason that Jesus told his disciple to tarry ( wait) in Jerusalem after he finished his earthly ministry and ascended is because he wanted them to endued (clothed), filled (in-dwelled) baptised (immersed) in the Holy Spirit is because He knew that it is only by His Spirit, His Word, our faith and our obedience. that we will overcome the evil one.
What is greatest unused power?
Imagine a basketball team that does not use their best players ( team is losing but Michael Jordan, Magic, Kobe, Curry and Labron James are on the bench.
Imagine a fire fighter putting our fire with a bucket.
Imagine a race car driver leaving his supercharged car at home but rather bring his kid’s tricycle to the race instead.
That is what it like like when a believer in Christ fail to consistently depend on the Holy Spirit.
The greatest unused power used power is the Holy Spirit empowerment.
What is the wealthiest place in this earth?
Myles Munroe the grave is wealthiest place because so many people leave this earth without fulfiling their God-given purpose.
With relying upon an intimate relationship with God through the fellowship on His Spirit we will not reach our full potential.
Therefore, the purpose of this series of messages is to breakdown the characteristics and attributes of the Holy Spirit so we can be assured of what we have and use what we have.
The purpose of the Holy Spirit is to to give convict us, teach us, guide us, empower us, direct us and comfort us that we can be witnesses for Christ on this earth.
My prayer today is that we move from being carnal serving Christians to being sold out, obedience, filled with the Holy Ghost believers in Christ. Therefore today we focus on wisdom and understanding.
The spirit of means the frame of mind, the way of thinking.
Let this mind be in you..

What is Bibilical wisdom
The is a wisdom the puffed up full of pride, enticing words, arrogance, and wordly philosophies. That ‘s called man’s wisdom.

1 Kings 3:5–14 (KJV 1900)
5 In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee. 6 And Solomon said, Thou hast shewed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day. 7 And now, O Lord my God, thou hast made thy servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in. 8 And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude. 9 Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people? 10 And the speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing. 11 And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment; 12 Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee. 13 And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days. 14 And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will lengthen thy days.
What is biblical wisdom?(hokmah)
Biblical Wisdom is the ability to see things the way God sees them. Matt 5:8
