The Church was ordained and established by our Lord as a local, visible, assembly of baptized believers who observe the ordinances of Christ and continue steadfastly in right doctrine, fellowship, and prayer. Its government is autonomous having two offices, Pastor (Bishop, Elder), and Deacon. Christ is the head of the church, and the Bible is its final authority.
