Heb 11 is not just a retelling of how we got here but a reminder of where we are going AND how to live right now.

The promise is too good

All died - Abraham, Sarah, Issac, Jacob

Not having recieved/but having seen them and greeted them

Spiritual Eyes

Those with one foot in each land has not seen the homeland

Don’t give up. Keep seeking the promise is bigger than you.

Exiles

Shamed by others.

Speak - word and deed

SEEKING a homeland

Not going backward

Thus God is not ashamed

City - Refuge and Safety
