Three Main Ingredients Of Manhood

Leader

God’s original mandate to the man was to have dominion, be fruitful, multiply, replenish, and subdue the area entrusted to us. God never forces us to rule, lead, maintain or manage the domain he has given us. But we will be held responsible for its growth and the growth of the people in our domain. In the Parable Of The Ten Minas, God increases the domain of the faithful servants (Luke 19:16, 18) but the fearful wicked, servant lost his mina and it was given to the most faithful (Luke 19:21-24)
We have been given an area of influence, a domain, a measure, and the authority to increase. We are to grow in our leadership, become more proficient in leading and increasing, and bringing fruitfulness to our domain whether it is our home, our family, our church, or our community.

Protector

We are seek optimal health, mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally so we can protect what has been entrusted to us and care for those under our oversight. We are called to be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove as we protect our families from the lies of the enemy, enemy invasion into our realm or territory, and confronting present and future difficulty that could become stumbling blocks to those we care for before they become an issue.
Seek out accountability and create a support network of wise counsel around you that will provide safety for your area of dominion and those under its care. We can avoid deceptions and some of the traps of the enemy by staying tied to His Word (Joshua 1:8-9)
Protect the environment for those they have accepted responsibility for.

Provider

We must provide a spiritual covering over our family and our area of dominion by providing a place for those under our care to grow. This means living within our means, being a wise investor, and carrying our financial responsibility to physically, spiritually, and emotionally meet the needs of those under our care.
Investing into the future of our area of dominion, faithfully supporting our church and using our gifts to train and mentor those without fathers. James says, pure and undefiled religion is to care for the widow and orphan (James 1:27)
Provides affirmation building up those around him. Helping them to see they are capable and competent. Provides thing necessary for those in their dominion to grow and providing enough accountability to set them up for success.
