MARK OF THE BEAST 2023+

Introduction

Let me first say, good bible study starts out with a plan. A plan that can ask good question about the part of the bible you want to tackle. It’s always a good habit to ask keys question that result in good interpretation and which will lead for good Application in how best to live the Christian Faith.

For me, I like reading the passage over and over before I start ask the 5 W’s & H important questions when doing an expository study of the bible.

Another thing, a good expository study will follow the golden rule. Here we want to ask the right questions in 3 very important steps

“what is the bible saying?” Observation

“What does it mean?” interpretation

“What does it mean to me?” Application.

Now, all that being said, our goal, is to try and understand more about ”The Mark of the Beast?” This is not an easy task, because it hasn’t happened yet. That make a lot of what we study, is here say or quest work at times.

I find myself doing better bible studies about things that haven’t happened yet, by just letting the bible interpret the bible.

A good resource is the “Treasury of Scriptures” to help find where other scriptures are the relate the the ones your looking at. Then it I get stuck, and don’t know what a word mean the “Vines word study” is very good and help in the interpretation step. that’s because there are times we need to know what the Hebrew or Greek is saying and the Vines does a good job.

Lastly, a good bible dictionary, and a trusted author for a commentary/study bible that helps when you run out of resources of just using the Treasury of Scripture work book.

Great Sign [1st of 7 signs] appeared, women [Israel] not the church, because what follows is from Josephs dream Gen 37:9-11 cloth with the sun & Moon;, crown of 12 stars [tribes] cried out labor pains Matt 24:8 Hebrews use labor pains often to describe bad events soon to happen Isa 26:17 Red Dragon, Satan, having 7 heads, 10 horns and on the heads were 7 diadems [7 past world domination and 10 future kingdoms; Tail sweep 3rd of stars [Fallen angels siding with him] She gave birth, male child, Christ; 1260, Antichrist breaks the peace treaty with Israel [2nd half , 3 1/2 years] [I believe this half is the Great Tribulation and the worst Half Matt 24:21] War in Heaven, Michael and His Angels against Satan and his angels; Satan, Devil [Slanderer] and his angel lost and was thrown down the the earth; [Satan apparently came before God accusing everyone on earth Job 1-2 ] [See vs 11, shows that Prosperity gospels would not stand up to the devil when things got harder Rom 8:33-39] Israel protected, wing of a great eagle; Nourished 3 1/2 years [times, time, half of time] The Serpent pour out of his mouth like a river to swep away Israel, [A one world ruler, having powerful words that can cause a nation to fall, but an possible earth quake swallowed up any effort the Serpent tried, maybe sent armies into Israel after the end of the 3 1/2 year peace treaty, 1st half of the Tribulation?] The Dragon, Satan, being failed at taking out Israel is now up against the whole world, anyone who worshiped the Lord Jesus will be kill and hurt is some way Rev 12

Dragon stood on the sand [sand-population of the world] of seashore [takes rule of the world]; John saw a Beast [Antichrist primarily a political and military leader][Beast-monster, Rev 11:7 killing machine, both a system and the Antichrist] coming up from the Sea; Represents, coming up out of the Abyss 11:7 had 10 Horns; 7 heads; on the Horns ten Diadems [Crowns, rulers] and on the heads had 10 blasphemous names; Beast like a leopard; Feet like a bear; Mouth like a Lion; Dragon, Satan gives power over to the Beast, System; Vs 3, John saw one out of 10 heads wounded, as dead, but came back to life; The whole world [Note how at the stage of the Tribulation Satan has complete control of the world] the whole world is very much siding with Satan's antichrist, beast and system. The world was amazed at the signs and wonders being preformed and followed after the beast, system; Apparently, the Beast, system is very strong, showing who could go up against it?; Vs 5, the Beast, antichrist spoke arrogantly against God for 42 month 3 1/2 years, 2nd half tribulation; God allows the Antichrist to speak agaisnt Heaven and all the is of God for 42 months; Vs 7, Antichrist goes to war against Christians [see Christians are in the tribulation-Hum?] and Israel killing them; Vs 8, everyone on the earth will worship the Antichrist and the system; Every soul whose name is not written in the book of life, will worship the Antichrist, system; For the Saints-note, be wise and know that some will be killed with sword, some into captivity-just know it is for a short time-hold on and be ready. Rev 13:1-10

Vs 11, another Beast [False Prophet Rev 16:13, 19:20, 20:10] [Beware of false Prophets Matt 7:15] coming up out of the earth [

We first need to understand God has a date set, the no Man, nor the Angels, not even the Son. Only the Father God knows when the Mark of the Beast will take place. Only the Father will know when the Rapture will happen, followed by the & Year Tribulation.

...sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” And the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released, so that they would kill a third of mankind.

The Father has bound these 4 evil angels until the appointed time. Make a note, that no good Angel would need to be bound, these 4 Angels, at some time, possibly before the flood when God had enough of the sons of god [fallen angels] going into the daughters on men [human women]

the book of Jude talks about angels not stay in their proper abode [Habitation] Jud 6

And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day,

means that these fallen angels left the boundaries God has set for them. [Vines]
