Focusing on two big ideas in this text:

When someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away from their hearts and minds; and the Spirit of God begins to transform them into the likeness of Christ; which then becomes a reflection of God’s glory to the world.

The gospel of Jesus Christ is so gloriously life-changing, that the devil works to blind the minds of unbelievers, keeping them from grasping and believing the value and need for God’s salvation in their lives.
