Who Beats God?

Jacob is wrestling with God and he is winning. The Bible is clear, God saw that he had not prevailed. God was losing the fight. What in thee world?? God was losing the fight. This is not the God we are familiar with! We are used to a God who fights and wins. A God who is all powerful.

Why did God Break Jacob?

He Changed his mind

He Created a new person

Notice he is no longer fighting with God, now he is Holding on to God.

Unless you bless me

Jacob is who you used to be, Israel is who you are from now on
