Take your idea of rest and amplify it by a thousand. Imagine that good feeling of peace and contentment staying with you, even while you're on the side of the highway changing a flat tire. Or out on the water with a sudden storm rocking your boat. All the gifts of God are like nothing man can give and will be much greater and sustained when heaven and earth meet. Today’s message has some nuggets of truth you can take and store away in your heart and mind to remind you to seek God’s rest here, and look forward to the greater rest when Christ returns.
