Do you like the book of Proverbs, or even need it? Do you need wisdom to go about your life?
What do I have that I didn’t receive? Acknowledge that whatever wisdom we have comes ultimately from God, chastening my pride in thinking that anything came from me and keeps me humble knowing that whatever wisdom I do need, I am dependent on the Lord to get it rather than my own abilities, spiritually or intillecually.
