Kingdom Finders

A call to be Kingdom Finders.

Some said that Jesus was coming like a warrior to destroy the Romans and those who oppressed His people.

Some said that Jesus would come as a king born into royalty to rule with righteousness and peace.

Some said that Jesus would come to end all suffering and pain.

Some said that Jesus came to save us from evil and now we live in bliss.

Some say Jesus is coming again to get married to His bride and make all our problems go away.

But the Kingdom of Heaven is Now here.

Jesus did not come to fix our kingdom. Jesus came to open a door and invite us into His Kingdom.

Matthew 13:44 NASB95

44 “The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.

The Kingdom of heaven is like:

-A man forgiving the person who killed his brother on the stand in front of family on both sides.

-A shy young man who never steps out beyond his comfort zone, but did one night and led an entire room to the joy of the Lord.

-A young lady who was afraid to be judged by the church because of her tattoos came into a church and experienced acceptance and God talked to her in a personal way.

When their is healings taking place.

When people are being set free and delivered.

When we find revelation and new understanding of who God really is.

When we are experiencing the manifest presence of God.

We are destined to be Kingdom Finders.

Even more so we are destined to live in and from the Kingdom of heaven.

Jesus came to bring us access to His Kingdom and seem to want to keep the earthly kingdom alive and well.

Matthew 13:11 NASB95

11 Jesus answered them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted.

“Them” was people who did not believe in who Jesus was.

“To You” was the disciples. Today them is still those who do not believe, and you are those who believe.

To those who believe it has been granted to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven.

If it has been granted to us, then let us discover and experience the kingdom of heaven every day.

When God gave you a word for the year, it was a hint of an aspect of His kingdom He wants you to find.

Activation:

Break out in groups of 3 people.

Share your word for the year with each other and what God has shown you so far.

If one of you does not have a word pray for that person to get their word.

If you have a word, but no revelation has come about that word, pray for God to reveal more of His kingdom through your word.
