Grace is afforded to all of us. Everyone. The Throne of grace is where God is ready to hear what you want out of a relationship with Him. The grace of salvation is offered to all. But only those who have done at least that can approach the Throne with confidence and receive mercy. Without salvation, any attempts to do so will not end how you want them to. Jesus is the Truth, the Life and the only Way to be allowed near God.
